Manchester City took a big step towards a historic treble with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Inter Milan in the Champions League final at Ataturk on Saturday.
Rodri scored the only goal of the game in the second half, running onto a loose ball after Akanji's slip. The goal was enough to seal the win and keep City's hopes of a treble alive.
City were far from their best in Istanbul against a solid Inter side, but Rodri's goal was enough to get the job done. The win also extends City's unbeaten run in all competitions to 21 games.
City will now turn their attention to the Premier League, where they will face Aston Villa on Sunday. A win against Villa would see City win their fourth Premier League title in five years.
